Community Support Volunteers
Volunteering with Greenacres is about connection, inclusion, and community. We welcome people who want to support participants in everyday activities, as well as those who would like to share a specific skill or passion through structured programs and workshops.
Community Support Volunteers play an important role in supporting people of all abilities to engage in activities, build confidence, and participate in their community. This may include spending time with participants, assisting with programs, supporting social engagement, or helping people feel connected and included.
No specific experience is required. What matters most is a genuine willingness to support others in a respectful and inclusive way.

Volunteer Facilitators
We are actively seeking Volunteer Facilitators to share their skills, interests, or professional experience through structured and engaging sessions. This is a key focus area for Greenacres.
If you have experience or passion in areas such as woodwork, music, dance, movement, art, gardening, or other creative or practical skills, you could help facilitate regular workshops or activities that support learning, creativity, and confidence.
Volunteer Facilitators may commit just a couple of hours a week and will be supported by the Greenacres team to plan and deliver structured sessions.
