Your Employment Pathways (YEP)
Your Employment Pathways (YEP) is a 1:1 Individualised Skill Development Program designed to help people of all ages get job ready through up to 60 hours of skill development, hands-on experience, and access to accredited training.
You can explore industries such as warehousing, hospitality, retail, cleaning, parks and garden maintenance, sewing, and candle making. Training focuses on building practical skills, confidence, and teamwork to prepare you for employment or further learning.
Program Impact
Since the introduction of this program, 18 NDIS participants have moved into paid supported roles within Greenacres cafés and catering, and 5 participants achieved open employment across the community.
YEP offers flexible learning and real workplace experiences, creating pathways into supported, mainstream, and open employment opportunities.
