Shipping Policy
At Greenacres, we take pride in ensuring every order is carefully prepared, packed, and delivered with care. Each product is made or assembled by our incredible team, supporting meaningful employment for people with disability at our Wollongong facilities.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 3–7 business days for handling and dispatch. During peak or holiday periods, slight delays may occur.
Delivery & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All deliveries are made by registered courier and may require a signature on delivery unless you’ve provided authority to leave.
Shipping Within Australia
We deliver to most postcodes across Australia using a postcode-based shipping calculator.
If your postcode is outside our delivery network or you encounter checkout issues, please contact us at info@greenacres.net.au for a custom shipping quote.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our North Wollongong site.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times are typically 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take slightly longer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at info@greenacres.net.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as quickly as possible.
International Orders
At this time, we ship within Australia only. For any special delivery requests or international enquiries, please get in touch with our team.
