Farewell wishes to Commission York from NSW SES

With a heavy heart, we bid farewell to Commissioner Carlene York of the NSW SES, who has dedicated nearly 5 years of service. Throughout her tenure, Commissioner York has been an integral part of the Brewing Up a Storm journey. Our partnership with the NSW SES has been invaluable and has earned us the “Best Partnership” award at the 2023 Community Industry Awards.

In honour of her retirement, we celebrated with a morning tea and presented Commissioner York with an indulge hamper from IMAGINE Homewares and Hampers, a product brand proudly made by Greenacres Disability Services.

Thank you, Commissioner York, for your commitment to our community and for playing a pivotal role in our story. Your legacy at the SES and with Brewing Up a Storm will not be forgotten!

Brewing Up a Storm SES café is located in the foyer of the SES headquarters and is open to all members of the public. We will be serving coffee, food, and friendly smiles weekdays from 7:30 am.
