We welcome feedback, compliments, and complaints, as they help us improve and ensure the quality of our supports and services remains high. If you would like to provide feedback, you can do this in three ways. You are welcome to share your feedback with your name or anonymously.

If you are not satisfied with how we have responded to your feedback or complaint, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

The NDIS Commission is an independent body that oversees the quality and safety of NDIS services and makes sure providers are meeting their responsibilities to people with disability.
