Commercial Kitchen Assistants

Have a passion for food? Join our commercial kitchen team! In this role, you’ll assist with preparing and cooking food for our Greenacres Cafés and Catering business. You’ll utilise a wide range of kitchen skills including knife handling, WHS procedures, food hygiene and sanitising, food safety practices, attention to detail, and following recipes with precise measurement of ingredients. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods of time. You’ll also need to have, or be willing to develop, effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. Independent travel to the Commercial Kitchen located at Shellharbour Airport is essential for this position.
