Oak Street is known for its lively, social atmosphere and love of celebration. Participants, mostly in their thirties and older, enjoy getting out into the community, trying new activities, and marking every occasion, from birthdays to Harmony Day and Christmas in July. When not celebrating, they take part in activities like cooking, life skills, and art, with plenty of opportunities to connect and give back to their community.
